What we collect我们收集哪些信息

This site is an informational website for the Yunnan International Joint Laboratory of Health Plant Resources Development. It does not offer public account registration.

• Server logs. Standard web-server records — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent — kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Session cookie. A strictly necessary cookie that keeps signed-in editors authenticated. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
• Editor accounts. For laboratory staff who publish content, we store the account email address and display name.
• Email you send us. If you contact us at the addresses published on this site, your message and email address are handled by the institute mail system.

What we do not do我们不会做的事

We do not sell or rent personal information, do not use third-party advertising or tracking services, and do not profile visitors.

Retention保留期限

Server logs are retained only as long as needed for operational security. Editor accounts are removed when the person no longer requires publishing access.
